To book a holiday at Los Olivos, simply email or phone a request for a booking form and to check availability. Your holiday will be confirmed on receipt of a completed booking form and a 25% non-returnable deposit. We will then require the balance 6 weeks before your arrival date. In the case of a late booking, within 6 weeks of your arrival date, the full balance will be payable at the time of booking. Payment is by euro cheque, sterling cheque or directly into our account. Full terms and conditions will be sent with your booking confirmation.
We will meet and greet you at Finca El Gales and show you to Los Olivos. The price includes an essentials pack, all linen, towels (including pool towels), linen change once a week, electricity and gas. In the cooler months one basket of wood for the stove is provided, any extra baskets will be charged at 5 euros a basket.

Changeover day is usually Saturdays, with arrival from 4pm onwards. Guests are asked to vacate the property by 11am. (Storage of luggage, late night arrivals, early arrivals can be arranged as we live on site). However, if this isn't convenient please call to arrange an alternative. Any early arrivals can drop of their luggage and look around Finca El Gales or explore the village if Los Olivos isn't ready. Please call/e-mail for alternative arrival days or weekend prices.
